afc summary

ne, miami, buf, jettes.  -ne is a lock unless cutler really lights a fire under a decent dolphin squad, or/and they get decimated by injuries. the qbless jettes and bills wont factor in to the playoff picture.

pitts, cinci, balty, cleve -pitts is a lock, unless cinci can find a way to play an entire season without taking a penalty. the bengals are talented and veteran, but. and balty/cleve shouldnt factor in.

jax, tenn, hous, indy: anything can happen here. but i think there is asevere lack of vision in indy, i think the seeds of dissention and injury are growing in hous, while tenny and jax are optimistic with a bullet. i picked jax because i thought of the 2015 bortles air attack with a dominant back and an improved oline. throw in a m,urderous secondary and a little luck. and dont gamble much in this diviz

raiders, chargers, chiefs, broncos: this division redeems an otherwise soft looking afc. the chiefs are solidly boring spoilers, the broncos can beat u with defense alone, the chargers might be the most well rounded team here, and the raiders are bringing star powered offense to the table.

that puts ne, pitts, jax, and raiders in as division winners. i'll take sandy and tenny as wildcards. looking like ne in the afc title game against.........pitts. the south and west end of the afc is too tough for those guys to get there healthy. go jax!!

Assuming Indy and TX actually flop, I'd have an easier time picking Tennessee than Jacksonville. Then again, JJ is back and he could be Houston's leading scorer.

Bills looking to the future. Sammy to the Rams, replaced by Matthews? Basically though they traded a very good WR for a good WR and swapped their top CB for someone else's. In doing so they now have 2 picks in each of the first 3 rounds next year.

Denver last? Really? I'm wondering whether the fragile Raiders will lose their edge, Carr or no Carr.
