Five Years Ago Today

The Big Ten and Nebraska got the ball rolling and the college landscape changed to where we are today.

Missouri on it's knees begging for the Big Ten back then.

The Pac-10 floating the idea to become the Pac-16 (Texas, A&M, Tech, Oklahoma, Okie State, Colorado).

Nebraska, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State and Baylor possibly being left out.

Then it ended with Nebraska leaving for the Big Ten, Colorado and Utah joining the new Pac-12, A&M and Missouri going to the SEC and TCU and West Virginia were invited to the big table of the Big 12.

Eventually Round 2 came and Syracuse and Pitt started the crumble of the Big East, to join the ACC. Maryland and Rutgers left for the Big Ten and Louisville followed to the ACC.
