Philip Humber becomes the first pitcher since the Phillies' Roy Halladay in May 2010 to throw a perfect game. Congrats.
Maybe things will clear up on the Ventura highway.

Chi/Sea was O-0 after nine innings White Sox blow 5-run lead in 14th, recover to win in 16 BTW, Humber, 30, was 0-8 with a 9.59 ERA in seven starts for the Astros this season. and is now on their AAA squad in OKC. So much for topical thread titles.

galf- Another phenom alert "It’s OK, though. White Sox catcher Josh Phegley is the new big thing. He hit a grand slam Thursday in the White Sox’s 6-3 win over the Tigers, giving him three homers in his first five games."

Interesting game yesterday. Leyland had an Earl Weaver type of tizzy & tirade.
